Grand Mission Consult, LLC - in collaboration with and under the authority of the COMAR Regulation 12.15.05, of the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services / Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) of the State of Maryland – is a Certified LiveScan Fingerprinting Services Provider. Pleasecontact us to have our fingerprinting services division help you and/or your business.These services enable the agency to electronically capture and transmit both State and FBI applicant fingerprint for background record checks requested directly to the Maryland Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) for processing. Results from requested record search are sent within 72 hours (Where available) directly to those State, Federal, Employer or the Petitioners whom are registered with the state agency (CJIS) to receive such information.Walk-in Fingerprinting Services
Biometrics (LiveScan) and Ink Fingerprinting services are available to the public on a daily basis and during normal business hours. No appointment is necessary. Please obtain the appropriate Agency’s name and CJIS issued Authorization Number.
Mobile Fingerprinting Services
Where and when possible, Grand Mission Consult provides onsite Mobile LiveScan Fingerprinting Services to Government, Private and Coperate entities. If your agency, bussiness or school would prefer to have our Mobile LiveScan Fingerprinting Service performed at your location, kindly contact our office and speak to a representative. We will work out a program to accomodate your organization’s need.
Requirements
Applicant must present one of the following acceptable forms of identification in order to be fingerprinted. There are no exceptions to these rules as it is the State requirement.
*Maryland driver license or driver license issued by another state, a United States
territory or foreign government.
*United States Passport or an unexpired foreign Passport.
*Certificate of United States Citizenship or Naturalization.
*Alien Registration Card.
*United States Military Identification Card.
*An identification issued by a State or local government agency, United States territory
or foreign government.
Fingerprinting hours are:
Mon.- Fri. 9:30 a.m – 4:30 p.m
Sat. 10:00 a.m – 1:30 p.m

Child Care Volunteers: $33.25
State Background Check Only: $18.00
State Background with Gold Seal: $19.00
Federal Background Checks Only: $19.25
